121740 Macs USA Axle or Through Wheel Strap 1Metre (40”) with 870mm Protective Sleeve

A 1Metre (40”) axle or through wheel strap with full length 870mm (34") protective sleeve. The strap is manufactured by Macs in Idaho, USA and rated with a lashing capacity of 2268kg (5,000lb) each. The strap uses only polyester webbing rated at a breaking strain of 5440kg (12,000lb) and the webbing is clearly identified by the WSTDA/USA Dept of Transportation (D.O.T.)¹ standard of two red lines along the length of the strap.
Complies with AS/NZS 4380: 2001
The measurement of 1M is taken from inside eye to eye and the length of the webbing without the D Rings is 870mm

If you have a car valuable to you and want to be keep it that way, make sure you are prepared for those unplanned towing chains on your valuable paint and brakes lines etc and put a pair in your trunk.For those through wheel applications, allow 80mm for the width of the metal plate and 15mm for the side thickness of the webbing.
