Dynaliner is the most effective automotive thermal insulator available. It is a soft , self adhesive, closed cell rubber that resists oil and water. Dynaliner does not promote rust or mildew like most under carpet padding. It provides acoustic absorption and thermal insulation.
A high efficiency, general purpose thermo- acoustic foam available in 1/8", 1/4" and 1/2" thicknesses, use the thickest one that your space will allow. 
Application: Dynaliner provides high acoustic absorption and excellent thermal insulation for roof, firewall, floor, quarter panels, doors and more. Dynaliner is the perfect ultra light weight insulator to use on top of Dynamat.
